Reviews
well cheese bake normally known as cheese pasties are quite nice but u have to ask if still warm as they don't have a warm counter and only make 2 at a time hence people who complain need understand thats reflected in price as Gregg's who have a warm counter are chardging 2pounds per serving and this shop due to not having warm counter chardge £1.65 per serving so either pay more or learn to use microwave
Nice hot breakfast wit h good coffee is served here by friendly people
Such a lovely little Greggs with a coffeeshop atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and polite. They can get busy at lunchtimes and it can be frustrating being in the queue only to find that there is a wait time for the item you want. However fresh is way tastier!
Really nice coffee, and they do a coffee with a bun or pasty deal, use to eat in greggs all the time but the novelty runs out pretty quickly, nice pleasant staff, busy place.
I don't agree with the surcharge for any customer who decides to sit in store to eat.
Sandwiches and rolls are very tasty and always fresh.
Great deals.
We ordered a sausage beans and cheese melt and two tea. But the guy couldn't warm the cheese melt due to some excuse. I offered to wait but he still wouldn't warm it. Did not enjoy eating it cold. Paid by card but no receipt given eventhough I asked for it.
About 5.15 yesterday I asked Steven behind the counter for a cheese and onion bake and if he keep warm it up. He replied ehhhh no its warm enough. I took one bite and it was as cold as being taken out of the fridge. I was the only customer in the shop so It wasnt as if he didnt have time.
Very bad service and poor quality food, avoid this place.
I always find staff in here so helpful and willing to help the manager today was so helpful as well would highly recommend greggs as good and coffee is excellent great value for money
Used to love Gregg's in England and Scotland. Novelty gone , would only use it now for the very odd sandwich. The chicken pastry's etc are served cold , coffee seems to be instant from a powder and price creeps up constantly.
